About The Event
Learn the foundational kettlebell movements to build strength, improve fitness, and enhance body awareness. We will teach you how to swing a kettlebell properly, and cover a host of additional exercises from the Kettlebell Solo program that are accessible for any age, fitness, and experience level.
Who is this workshop for?
- Anyone who wants to learn the basics of kettlebell training.
- Kettlebell lifters who are looking to add new and challenging movements to their workouts.
- Coaches who want to add tools to their toolbox.
This workshop will teach you how to train with kettlebells on your own, and prepare you to attend a Kettlebell Partner Passing workshop in the future.
NO KETTLEBELL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
The workshop will be taught by KPP Instructor Brittany van Schravendijk and KPP Founder Michael Castrogiovanni.
